Apologies to my regulars, you will have noticed that I’ve changed and removed a lot of things from the site. This was partly due to the fact that I wasn’t really happy with any of the articles written and felt they had little to no value. For some reason, I also decided I was going to re-do the layout for the site as the CSS wasn’t w3c compliant. At the moment I’m using a default template which is compliant and thinking of how to design the new layout.

And finally for the really observant ones… I’ve changed my domain name from ElsaSYLee.com to ElsaLee.co.uk. I’ve always felt that the original domain name was too complicated to remember but was quite stubborn about getting a .com name. After realising that .com doesn’t necessarily mean better, I registered another which will hopefully work better in terms of branding.

Since I’m starting with more or less a clean slate, this gives you, my readers, the opportunity to voice yourselves in the direction you want this site to take. If there was an article which you did find useful in the old site, please leave a comment and I’ll make a note of re-doing one, I do aim to please.. Was the tree used in the previous layout too elaborate? Do you prefer a minimalistic approach?
